Tax it, Tax it, Tax it

At first I thought this was funny...then I realized the awful truth of
it. Be sure to read all the way to the end! And I found a NEW tax a few days ago when I bought tires. Virginia has a $1 tire tax, in addition to the 5% sales tax on tires.......
